Edith Picht-Axenfeld plays harpsichord.<br>The German keyboard player Edith Picht-Axenfeld first appeared at the 2nd Kusatsu International Summer Music Academy &amp; Festival in 1981. Since then, she visited Kusatsu almost every year for 15 years until the 17th Kusatsu Festival in 1996. She was a great person who trained many musicians, brought the music deep into the audience&#8217;s hearts, and supported the music festival of that period.<br>In particular, there were many great performances of Bach performed by Edith Picht-Axenfeld.
