Toyama Foundation Scholarship Program

Based on the will of Mr. Kazuyuki Toyama, who was the chairperson of the organizing committee at the inauguration of the festival and served as a music director from the 11 to 30 concerts, we have established a scholarship system to support students in the master class.

Eligibility
Applicants for the master class (entire period) who need financial aid for the course.
*Those who have received the scholarship of this music festival in the past are not eligible.

Details of the Scholarship
Master class fee waived and 100,000 yen or 200,000 yen awarded.

Selection Method
Nomination committee will screen application documents and the video.

Teno Foundation Encourage Program

This fund was established in 2023 (the 43rd) with a donation from Ms. Mie Teno, Councilor of the Gunma Kusatsu Music Society Foundation.
The foundation has the encourage program for masterclass students whose performance are highly acclaimed at the Student Concert held on the last day of the festival.
